Price of $29 USD includes shipping & handling or Portland-area no contact drop-off, taxes, and fees. All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
All sales final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. (But if something goes wrong, we’ll make sure we make it right.)
We ship from Portland to the continental US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to ship internationally at this time, but overseas individuals can purchase a box to donate to a local healthcare worker or send to someone in the continental US.

Why are you doing this? We are born and raised Portlanders, and we do everything we can to support our community. While our food tours are currently suspended, the foodie box allows us to continue to support other small local businesses, and share their story and products. Each purchase helps these businesses, including our own small tour company, remain operational and ensure we all make it through this uncertain time.
I’m from Portland, will I love this box? Absolutely! What’s better than having products made where you live right in your cupboard…without the need to go out and get them?! Plus, you are supporting your fellow Portlanders who run these amazing small businesses.
Can I buy more than one box at the same time? Yes! You will have the option to buy as many boxes as you like. You will be able to enter a different address for each box if you are giving them as gifts.
Can I send this as a gift? Of course, we definitely recommend sending this to someone special! At checkout, you will be able to specify a gift option and can even include a personalized note to the recipient. If you would like to gift this to a Portland healthcare worker, please select the “Donate a Box to a Healthcare Worker” option and we will deliver those boxes each week.
Can I include a Lost Plate Gift Card in the box? Yes! During check out you will be able to add-on a gift card and we will include it inside your foodie box.
Where do you deliver? We ship from Portland to the continental US via USPS or provide no contact drop-off for Portland-area addresses. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations at this time.
I live in Portland, can I pick up my order in-person? Sure! Just contact us prior to ordering and we’ll coordinate a date/time. We automatically provide no contact drop-off for Portland-area addresses for faster delivery times.
When will I get my order? We ship from Portland, OR using standard USPS. Typically all orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Can I customize the box? Unfortunately, no. These local products are hand selected by us and we are not able to accommodate special requests at this time. Please keep a lookout for new boxes with different products!
Can I return or exchange something? Unfortunately, no. Each item is hand selected by us and we truly believe you will be satisfied with all products. But we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Will my box have the exact items listed? Typically, yes! However, there may be slight variations depending on product availability through our vendors. If we do have to make a similar substitution, we promise it will be just as delicious!
What if the contents of my box are damaged/broken upon arrival? We do our best to pack all items tightly and securely, but sometimes things happen during shipping. Please contact us right away and we’ll make sure to replace the damaged item(s) as quickly as possible.
