How big is it? It’s 30 cm wide and 35 cm tall. That’s 11.8 inches by 13.7 inches in American. We’ve tested a lot of bags, and settled with this because it’s small enough when empty to easily stuff in your purse or backpack, and has a strap that can sling over your shoulder or be used as a handle. We think it’s the perfect addition to your tote collection.
Can I return or exchange this tote? No, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We are a food tour company, not a retail chain.
Is shipping really free? Yep! Worldwide shipping (by air) is included on all totes. If you are unable to select your country during checkout, please contact us for assistance.
How long does it take for my tote to arrive? Shipping time varies depending on your country and averages between 7-14 business days. It’s worth the wait.
