Woodblock Chocolate is a family-run, bean-to-bar chocolate maker, which means the Chocolate here is absolutely phenomenal. That’s what you get when an entire value-chain is internalized with extreme care. Make sure to visit the Woodblock Manufactory where you can actually see the chocolate making process. Roste Chocolate House

Roste Chocolate (pronounced roast) creates hand-crafted bean-to-bar chocolate using sustainably grown beans. At their café in Portland’s Pearl District, you can try chocolate, baked goods, and coffee creations. But make sure you do not miss their sipping chocolate. Creo Chocolate

At Bees and Beans, all chocolate bars are made using locally sourced ingredients of the finest quality. Created by a former pastry chef, the candy bars here are amazing, unique, and truly local. Christine Azar launched Azar Indulgences in 2015 to share her love of Lebanese chocolate with fellow Portlanders, and her goods are absolutely not to be missed.
