1 oz of your favorite scotch/bourbon/whiskey
¾ cup hot water (temperature you would drink tea at)
½ oz lemon juice
¾ oz cinnamon anise simple syrup * (or substitute with honey)
2 drops Portland Bitters Project Aromatic Bitters *
1 cinnamon stick *
