Get cozy with a Toddy.

Glass: Your Favorite Mug or Serve Up
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick and Lemon Twist
When to Drink: A cozy, wintery evening.

Ingredients

1 oz Ming River Baijiu

1 oz of your favorite scotch/bourbon/whiskey

¾ cup hot water (temperature you would drink tea at) 

½ oz lemon juice

¾ oz cinnamon anise simple syrup (or substitute with honey) 

2 drops Portland Bitters Project Aromatic Bitters

1 cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. In your favorite mug, add all ingredients except bitters together.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with hot water and stir.
  4. Add 2 drops of bitters. 
  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
