Glass: Margarita or Rocks Glass
Garnish: Lime Wedge
When to Drink: A nice sunny day.

Ingredients

Items marked with a * are included in our Baijiu Cocktail Recipe Box.

1 oz Ming River Baijiu *

½ oz Tequila (we recommend using Patrón Silver) 

½ oz Triple Sec or orange liqueur 

1 oz fresh lime juice

¼ oz fresh lemon juice 

1 oz simple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. 
  2. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds until cool. (If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, get crafty!  You can use a mason jar with a tight lid or strong container with a lid that seals tightly.)
  3. Fill glass with ice to rim.
  4. Strain mixture into glass.  
  5. Garnish with lime wedge. 

Tip: Add sugar or salt to the glass rim! 

For a super unique drink, replace the simple syrup with green tea or cinnamon anise infused simple syrup.
