All of our public join-in tours are available as private tours. Costing depends on each individual request, but please see the public tours available in your preferred city for an estimate. We’ll get back to you on a price if you shoot us a message. Typically, group tours of 8 or more people will not be charged any type of surcharge, so the public price you see is what you’ll get.
If you request extra services that require an extra cost, we will notify you before anything is confirmed. We will provide extras at-cost which are generally quite reasonable. These services include hotel transfers, gifts, and specific food/alcohol requests. Depending on the services requested, we may need to charge for our time, which will always be communicated and confirmed with you first.
All private groups must make payment in full in order to confirm the reservation. Requests without payment will only be reserved for 2 days as our tours and dates are often in high demand.
Please understand that when we accommodate special requests, it does impact our public availability which is typically in high demand. Therefore, tours cancelled or changed with less than 10 days notice will not be refunded. Cancellations and changes given with more than 10 days notice will be fully refunded. We can usually accommodate last-minute additions based on availability.
