Glass: Collins or Rocks Glass

Garnish: Pineapple or Lime Wheel

When to Drink: A tasty sipper for any occasion

Ingredients

1.5 oz Ming River Baijiu*

1 oz Portland Syrups* – any flavor

Soda water

Directions

Add Baijiu and Portland Syrup to glass.
Add ice to rim.
Top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with pineapple or lime wheel.
